Victor Arias

As Director of Account Management for HCN, Victor is responsible for managing internal resources to manage client projects and deliver communications solutions that are on-time, on-budget and that exceed client expectations.

Victor is originally from Dallas, TX, and is extremely passionate about Latino issues and advancing Latino outreach initiatives. He has considerable experience serving the Latino market specifically through Account Management for Dieste Harmel & Partners in Dallas as well as for Berry Appleman & Leiden, an Immigration Law firm. He also helped create and establish an Immigration Compliance Department as part of HR for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Fortune 500 IT Outsourcing company. Additionally, he has also performed marketing consulting work for NCLR. Victor holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame as well as a BA in International Studies from Austin College. Victor loves international travel, good music, and rooting for Dallas sports teams.
