For over 25 years, Mercy has occupied key positions in Puerto Rico’s radio industry, including as radio announcer, host, producer, traffic director, general manager, and owner and president of a radio station in her native Guayama, Puerto Rico.  She joined HCN upon her arrival to the United States on 2002, and is responsible for production of HCN's Spanish language radio programs. She currently lives in Maryland with her husband Jose Angel and daughter Stephanie Nicolle.
